Here at the allotment garden we love to try out new things with our produces, preserve surpluses, and share tips to get the most out of the garden.  We are also honoured to have a volunteer chef who directs things in the kitchen for our annual Harvest Festival.  Here we will try and publish everything that we think is worth sharing for you to try out in your own kitchens.
